By using this website or placing an order with Merchant Lane, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. Please note that we may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.

When a Refund may be Declined:

1. The Merchant Lane accessory has been used.

2. The Merchant Lane product has been damaged or altered while in your admiring care.

3. You thought you’d prefer a darker leather so smudged some rookie leather-care oil on the Merchant Lane merchandise and whoopsies you don’t like it anymore.

Pricing & Payment

Merchant Lane’s products are all in New Zealand Dollars and exclude shipping costs.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express from New Zealand customers only.

Merchant Lane requires payment in full before an order is accepted, processed and dispatched for delivery. We will get in touch by email with confirmation of purchase, and a tracking number when your order has been shipped.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. Merchant Lane’s products are handmade and imported from a village where craftsmen are spending their time passionately cutting, stitching, sewing and constructing boutique leather products.

Stock quantity is shown online and we endeavour to keep this up-to-date. If we have no stock of the product you wish to purchase, please contact us at whatswhat@merchantlane.co.nz. We place regular orders with our craftsmen and can provide you with an indicative timeframe for delivery.
